In a day and age where friendly, knowledgeable customer service is a thing of the past, what a pleasant surprise dealing with Steve and Dan! My girlfriend purchased her Buddy 50 a few years ago from here and couldn't say enough great things.
I had visited the shop several times, just looking and asking questions. Each time, I never felt pressured, always felt welcomed, and was treated like family. Seriously.
When it came time to buy my Fiddle 4, Steve was amazing. We were planning a trip to Cape Cod a month out or so, and Sym did not have brackets and top cases in stock, but the guys looked everywhere for me and found exactly what I needed in only days!
You never feel rushed when you're in the store, and no question is blown off. They actually care about what they're doing and who their clientele are, and their needs and likes.
Can't say enough good things, and I've already referred a friend of mine and her boyfriend to EZ.

I had a great experience buying an ebike for my wife at EZ Bikes. She wanted one that had a throttle and they had plenty of options to choose from. I bought me first scooter today and Dan was amazing. He made me feel comfortable from the start. gave me the pros and cons of the scooters I was looking at, and never once made feel like I had to make a purchase. I bought the Urbano 50i, and couldn't be happier. along with the scooter I also purchased a cover, helmet and trunk, which they installed. I rode my scooter home and enjoyed every minute of the ride. If anyone were to ask me where to go to get a scooter. I will not hesitate to send them to the great folks at EZ Bikes & Scooters.
